Awareness campaign

With the launch of a new more modern brand in early 2023, Quill set out to attract new customers. Our goal was to humanize our otherwise promotional and transactional brand by sharing relatable stories that would build trust and a relationship, ultimately converting the customer. We developed a Docuseries that features three real Quill customers who share what is rewarding to them about their work. Each feature launched with a 60 sec, 30 sec and 15 sec video. This was mainly a digital campaign, placements are in YouTube, Streaming TV, and social media. We also shared with our current customers to continue to build loyalty.

In order to expand our customer base, Quill looked to a lead generation funnel campaign. We launched a new category focus every two weeks beginning in May, targeting LinkedIn customers with previous large volume searches within these categories. The approach is to provide relatable and valuable content to build credibility and encourage the audience to provide their contact information.

Lead Generation funnel

The funnel begins with a LinkedIn ad which teases a relatable scenario or problem within the category which the audience had searched. The ad drives traffic to a case study which is housed on the Quill blog. The case study promoting a solution, features links to relevant products and provides an opportunity to contact a helpful sales representative to begin their own journey.

The mid funnel retargets the audience who viewed the case study. This ad teases content of value to the audience. They are linked to an Instapage landing experience providing the PDF in exchange for their info (give something, get something approach).

Lastly, the low funnel begins for those who did not provide their info in the medium funnel, with a tease to a FREE consultation. They are driven to another Instapage experience with a form and additional benefits of contacting a specialist. Testimonials additionally provide social proof and encouragement.
